The Courteneers (new and improved with video!)
Here they are, everyone. These are the Courteneers. I really like That Kiss. But, also, Not Nighteen Forever, is more than worthy of a mention.
Mention.
(it took abit more work ... like three clicks.... to get this one, like)
Be Bop A Lula
Who can resist abit of fifties Rock 'n' Roll everyone and again? I know I carn't. Specialy when you have Ewan McGreggor straight out of acting school miming to it...
It's called Lipstick on you Collar (Lipstick OYC) and was a comedy in the '90s. Every nicely very nicely indeed.
Blur
I have a bit of a Blur thing going on at the moment. No idea why, but I do. Charmless Man. I like it. Leather bomber jacket? Yes, please!
But, you have to admit, The Universal is just the best Blur song I have encountered so far...
voila!
Remind anyone of A Clockwork Orange?
English Tea
This is amazingly sweet! It is, as shown, by Paul McCarthney who is, as you all should know - you good kidiwinks - was one fifth of the Beathles. The animation is better than the spelling. I love it. I sing it to myself on the bus. Much to the amusement of my ONE friend sitting in front of me. It's okay though, he gets to guess which one it is. For some reason it always starts the same...

Relevance is Indeed Impotant (or Important, whichever)
This picture of George has absolutley no relevance to what I will end up writing (which I don't have a clue about yet). Lets just say its a little gift to Catt, Emily and anyone else out there that may appreciate such a lovely picture of him. (What lovely hair)Things got strangely depressing today. This was after I stopped listening to Bob Dylan because - quote- 'it's worse than the Beatles!' (my parents since I decided that everyone needed to listen to my lovely music) which is abit harsh, in my opium. Yes, so then I had this terribe oppressing feeling which just isn't allowed in holidays! I'll allow it on a weekend because thats just how it is sometimes but holidays! Just not allowed.
Then that make me sad because I am sad in the holidays. But I'm sure I'll live. I did every other time.
What wonderful hair, eh? I always liked his hair.
Go On, Try
I swear its just about impossible. Try telling someone that there's a tsunami just about to hit (I don't care if you don't live anywhere near the sea!) while eating a banana. It's impossyble! They'll never take you seriously... I mean, apart from the fact that you're lying.
No way can you possibly say anything even slightly grave while eating a banana.

Well, You See

Well, as you do see (by this picture and my wonderfyl video sidebar cause i still haven't worked out how to put youtube videos in posts! ggrrr) I seem to like John Lennon and The Beatles on a whole. Personaly he's my idol and you've all heard it all before so I won't go on. If you actualy know me then you know it off by heart. You're probably reciting it to yourself right now.
Got you.
If you can, get your hands on one of his books. My fav is Spaniard in the Works. The stories are longer, the poems a tiny bit more developed and hey! there's two pages on the then General Erection. You can't go wrong. Its so not politicaly correct that it shocks laughter out of you. Thats after you've gotten over the lovely puns and the way he spells the words. Then you go and share with friends (or make them read it, whichever) and then it shocks laughter out of them. You then spend the rest of your day calling everything you don't like (and some things you do) a fascist bastard.
I tried calling Hitler a fascist bastard.
Shit. That burnt.
But.
You finished two sentences before me.
You've heard it all before. (I still love him to bits, though)
*everyone out there scoffs*

Oh! You ruggard character!
I'll see what I can do.
Wow. Recently I've written a lot of crap.
A crumpled yellow tree
Lays on my desk
It looks sad to me
My poor yellow tree
What would you do
If a yellow tree
Lay crumpled near you?
I'd like to set mine free
But I can't
It's too late
I left it to long
I had to wait
I swear its abit deeper. But thats the thing - its deep sosyou haft to realy go into it to find its true deepnuss. Ok, maybe its not that deep. But its deeper than my last one!
Quite Rightly, Quite Rightly (no cliche there)
Lets go as recent as goode. As in now.
'I haft no lonies' he stead pecuniary
and fave a forwards glance
not no one noticed
when he started to dance
'but I haft no lonies 'he spread pecuniary
overs and overs begain
'which sail I do'
he whipered in the rain
'I haft no lonies' he shed pecuniary
'and no trends, too'
If you looke at him
You'll see that it's true
'I haft no lonies' he said pecuniary
'None, none, none' he tried
Then came about a persnob
who looked him wonky in the eye.
'SHUDDUP!'
Doubt that would got on to my (very) offial thingo.
I love you lovely (you snow who you tar) and no defense was suspended.
Arf, Arf
The Girl With A Pearl Earring is a great booke. By Tracy Chevailer, I think. The booke was great but the movie was crap. In my opium. But then, thats just see. (me).Thursday, September 25, 2008
